The Incredible account of Sir Renee’ Pelione. This series was designed with a bit of a story. I wanted to create a series of artwork that was inspired by famous explorers of the early ages. I just loved how they would sketch the creatures that they came in counter with and with add a small description. These (Hog Feather) and others were the amazing creatures that Sir Renee’ came across in his fantastical fictional adventures. Keep checking back for more to come!
The Lion Serpent. As aggressive as its land animal counterpart, this serpent seeks out ships as prey. Luckily for us, the beast we encountered was, I assume, an adolescent. It did attempt to drag the ship down but was far too small. Our spears had a decent effect on the beast given it’s smaller size, we were able to deter it from further damage.
